I watched several youtube videos that provide the detail I needed to replace the cap handles and followed their lead. I was surprised so many had this problem with the freezer door handles. It's disappointing they would make one part so cheaply and to ensure it breaks after a few years of use. I was very pleased with the AppliancePartsPros website.
