James M Boca Raton , FL February 20, 2015 Appliance: Frigidaire Frg(V1) / 24 " Built - In Dishwasher DW4600PW1 Frigidaire Dishwasher Dw4600pw1: Left door spring end broke off causing door to be unbalanced and heavy when opened. How to replace Dishwasher Door Spring. Be sure to shut off the power and water before you start this repair. Removed lower panel with 1/4" nut driver. Ordered and replaced both springs.Right door spring has unhindered access and easily replaced.
