Victor D Edgewood , MD November 14, 2017 Left side element was shorted due to bad plug all drip pans were old and rusting all elements were very worn the stove top was chipped and scratched Replaced the shorted plug. Replaced all 4 elements and drip pans. Note: The shorted plug screw hole was rusted thru so I just moved the plug retaining bracket over slightly and drilled a new hole and replaced the screw. It would be helpful if the plug kit came with new screws. Stove top looks brand new. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
