I called your company and the person on the phone took time to diagnose my problem with me.At first they needed me to find a number on my stove but I could not they cross referenced a few numbers and in no time told me what I needed. I needed a small control board that was cheaper then the big board someone else said I needed. We called a tech prior and they told us it would be 115.00 just for them to come look. For about 65.00 with the shipping me stove is workinv again. Also the speed of shipping I call about 9:00 am Thursday and the part was at my door at 12:30 that Friday morning.
