I isolated the problem to the fill solenoid valves by turning the machine on and testing for 110V at the valve connector. Voltage was present but no water flow. 2 of 4 fill valves had failed. I replaced the1 hot water and 3 cold water valves. (Cold valves are 1 assembly) That corrected the problem. The time for repair was less than an hour.
