He couldn't fix it and he told me the only thing he could suggest was to replace the fuse, something he didn't have in stock. I researched my appliance and found that your company carried this particular fuse and ordered one. It arrived several days ago and fixed the problem! Now I just have to find someone strong enough to replace the stainless steel cover over the flue.
