The plastic tensioner on this switch has a tab that I think was supposed to rest on top of the switch opening so that prying the switch cover would pop the switch out. Mine may have been installed improperly, the tab was under the hole, making it impossible to remove the switch as shown in the video. I wound up breaking the switch cover which exposed the spring. I was able to get a small flathead under the spring tab and pry the now broken switch out. The new one went in just fine, and works great!
