Finally looked inside the broken knob and that partial number was enough for you
to find the right replacement after receiving a set that was not usable.
Thanks for your help. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and tried to help,
but I was told it was impossible without model #. Please tell any future customers
to look inside the piece itself.
