My story:
The ice maker in my Frigidaire stopped making ice. Instead of calling a service professional, as my spouse wanted, I thought I could fix it myself. First, I made sure I was getting water to the fridge then I went online to Appliance Parts Pros. After looking at the common causes, I decide to chat with a Pro. I chatted with Janice B and she recommend replacing the water valve, so I ordered one. Before I installed it, I did some further checking and thought the problem was the ice maker itself, so I ordered a new one installed it and now I have ice again. YEA!!! I am sending back the valve as I do not need it and looking forward to the refund.
