I initially did a YouTube search that brought me to the AppliancePartsPros.com website. I did some troubleshooting using the videos on the website and was able to determine that the sound was not from the upper freezer fan. I opened the back panel of the compressor area and found one blade of the fan on the bottom of the frig pan. I quickly placed an order for the Condenser Fan Motor Kit and within a week I had the parts and had the refrigerator repaired. I saved my Mother some labor costs and her sanity.
