Simple. Turn off power breaker to oven. Remove two screws holding the element in place. Pulled the element towards the front. Disconnected the two power leads to the element making sure the wires did not fall back inside the oven [good suggestion by appliancepartspros.com]. Replaced with the new element and reversed the install procedure. Took less than 10 minutes to complete. Checked performance of new element with a thermometer - all OK.
