First I flipped the breaker off. Then I sat on a low stool and reached in with a #2 Phillips. My wife reminded me the door lifts up and off which made the job a lot easier. Removed a screw on each side then slowly rocked the old element side to side to pull the wire connectors through the insulation and out the hole in the back of the oven. Pulled the wire connectors off of the old element making sure they didn't get sucked back through the hole. I then pushed the wire connectors on the new element and again slowly rocked the element left to right working the connectors back through the insulation. Replaced the two screws, replaced the door and turned on the Breaker. The whole job took less than five minutes.
