Looked online for the problem I had and saw a video from AppliancePartsPros.com. Before ordering the part, I called their Customer Service number to describe the problem and make sure I was ordering the right part. After ordering, I couldn't get the washer door open because it was locked, so I called Customer Service again and she was able to talk me through how to open the locked door. Replacing the switch was as easy as the video showed it to be. Took maybe 10 minutes (wish I could say that for all my repair problems!). I ordered the part on Tuesday, around 4:30 PM and had it on my doorstep the next day before noon. Couldn't believe it got there so fast. Will use this site to order any and all replacement parts from now on.
