Ordered a new Timer and after receiving the timer, I replaced it in under 10 Minutes. Tested the unit and it operated correctly 3 times in a row. Now feeling very successful that the Problem Is Solved.
Other: I opened the Old Timer to find that 2 different sets of Contacts were shorted out and the Timer Casa was Smoke Damaged inside as well. Just Thankful that this did not result in an Electrical Fire in My Home!
