After much research and a visit from a technician, we determined that the main control for the oven was the defective part. I then accessed your website and ordered the required part. It came in quickly and was exactly the part that I needed. However, because I had to completely remove the microwave/oven wall unit from the wall it took several hours to reassemble everything and find out where all the screws went. L O L I have since tested it and it looks like everything is working fine right now. It’s nice to have my oven back in operation.
