Removed the front to look & listen,found the blower wheel spinning freely on the shaft,the flat was completely gone & rounded out.When I relieved the belt tension I found the bushings were gone out of the idler pulley as well replaced the belt for preventive maintenance while I had it apart.Also a good opportunity to use a shop vac to clean the lint from the inside. 3 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours
