I thought it was the pressure sensitive tape strip on top because only a couple of buttons on top would work. So I first ordered that, no change. I returned the button strip, to my surprise the credited all my money back accept shipping. I told my wife we would just buy another dish washer, this one was about 8 years old, and I didn't want to just start replacing parts. Her response was even though it might be 8 years old, with just the 2 of us home now, it was not used very often, all the racks and the appearance still looked new. I called Appliance Parts Pros back, talked to a tech, he told me he was pretty sure it was the module control assembly. They were so nice, helpful, and good about refunding the other part, I decided all I would be out was a few bucks for shipping if the module didn't fix it. Besides spending less than a couple hundred, sounded a whole lot better than a thousand dollars for a new one. Got the new part in a couple of days later, took all of about 15 minutes to install, plugged it in, and everything worked again. Thanks to Appliance Parts Pros, I can spend the $850 on something I want to buy and I don't have to spend a whole day shopping, and installing a new dish washer.
