Purchased electronic control panel locally since my husband was an appliance repair tech before becoming to ill to work. Was told I would save $$ with his discount. Yeah right! The part did not fix the problem. Then I was informed that electronic parts were not returnable. I went back online, was advised to replace the front button panel. That's when I found appliancepartspros.com. Thank goodness! I called and ask what if this part doesn't fix it either, I could buy a new oven at this either I was told all parts "EVEN ELECTRONIC" were returnable for refund for a whole year. Now that's a game changer! Got my part in a few days, checked out utube again, 30 minutes later, l've got a working oven. Btw, the so called discount price on the first part, it was more then the regular price at appliancepartspros.com.
