My son-in-law who was a serviceman for appliances at one time inserted the new gasket in my refrigerator. He said it was easy to do and he and my daughter have the same refrigerator. She had to pay a serviceman $175.00 to fix the same problem with her refrig several years ago. She replaced the gasket herself after she found out the air vent at the back of the freezer had been blocked with frost. She cleared it with a hair dryer and it was OK for a week or so . She got a new gasket and has not had the problem since. I was told to keep the gasket clean with 409 and it will stay pliable and not let air in at the door. Thanks guys for the gasket. No tools were needed.
