William D Brookfield , CT August 15, 2014 Old microfilter went bad Replaced it with Filter-micro and it took 2 minutes to uninstall and install new filter. Video on website was exact as to removal and replacement of the filter. Really only needed to replace the outer micro-filter so wish they would sell that part separate instead of buy the entire unit.
