Teri Y Madison , AL August 05, 2014 Appliance: Model GEJVM1631CJ02 Microwave door frame cracked below the handle even though it had never been used I went on U-Tube & viewed a repair video for my GE model microwave. The door was easy to disassemble, however putting the glass back in required bending the frame upwards to seat the last clamp; which is the exact loaction of the original crack in the frame... this is probably the "cause"; along with the heat/steam from the stove below. Followed the U-Tube video per the salespersons recomendation which was straight forward in its instructions. I want to say how amazed I was at how fast my ordered went out from the time I callef it in. I received my part the very NEXT DAY!!!! WAY TO GO APPLIANCE PARTS PROS!
