Purchase a new washer and the fabrick softener dispenser was not included, contacted sears and went to purchase the part, they did not have any idea of the part number, tried diferent ones with no luck after several trips, the decided to surch on the web, i contact the on line help and the operator was real helpfull after a few minutes she was able to find the corect part and part number i placed the order and a few days later had the corect part in the mail, awesome customer service, i will definetly recomend and purchase again from
