Do-It-Yourself Story

Bought a used Monogram Professional stove. Apparently, when it was removed they didn't save the gas inlet fittings which had the regulator on it. Pretty straight forward install of the stove. It was also missing one of the gas burner covers. The ones I had feel like steel and a magnet does stick to them, but the replacement part is listed as "ceramic?" I was concerned when I ordered it, but sure enough it's the same as the others.
