Daughter says can't do any dishes cause dishwasher broken. She says her grandma who lives with us somehow either took off or found a round white thangy that belongs to dishwasher. Whole family that includes dad. mom daughter her boyfriend and grandma searched for the round white thangy for three weeks. Gave up looked online found this website. called support number and the wonderful lady that took our call went to looking in her computer for the missing round white thangy. She asked several important questions and narrowed it down to what was really the missing item a round grommet. after getting a once over by daughter to verify that was indeed the missing thangy. ordered, paid and received grommet on day was told. Only to find the missing thangy in the kitchen junk drawer that everyone of looked into and didn't see that doggone grommet. Now have a back up missing thangy. hehehehe thanks so much for your assistance.
