How to replace Dryer Light Bulb. When I found the dryer off Craigslist, I didn't notice until recently the front panel plug was missing. I ordered the plug from Appliance Parts Pros, got the part & installation took seconds as it was a snap-in part. Couldn't be any happier. Also discovered the drum would not light up when the door opened. Ordered the bulb also from Appliance Parts Pros. Unplugged the dryer, unscrewed the lens cover, removed the burned bulb, cleaned out the light area, installed the bulb, replugged the dryer & tested.
