The "about" measurements on the original part I ordered were a half-inch too long from center to outer edge. Returning the first part ordered was a synch on line -- shipping label and packing list in one pdf. I ordered the second shorter unit which fit perfectly. The difficulty was I could not get an online manual, even after writing the manufacturer (on of those who put there name on products from multiple vendors). My 17 years experience in appliance repair aided in knowing what to look for. The part installed perfectly and the unit works fine. Even with the cost of the part, the microwave still was a better than half-price bargain. I have used Appliance Parts Pros over the past 10 years and frequently recommend their site.
