Ordered a new turntable support … the part was delivered promptly, however, when it came in the mail it was broken. I called immediately and reported the delivery issue and the AppliancePartsPros.com representative helped guide me through the process for getting a new support reordered … it was shipped on the same day and the new support arrived in just a couple of days and it fit perfectly. I pried the canopy off this a screwdriver and placed the hooks & legs in their places, then one tap with my fist and it was secure. Read More...
