Upon delivery of a new GE walloven/microwave combo I found that the micro glass dish, rotating ring and the lower trim were missing. When received it was not boxed which the driver said was odd. After going back to the purchase store they could not find them but would order them for me. Three weeks later I was told they never ordered them now being upset I checked with appliance pro got the prices for them showed it to the manager and got a credit for that amount. I got them about a week later and installed them in about 5 minutes myself.
