Do-It-Yourself Story

When our contractor ordered our refrigerator, he omitted one storage self. We ordered this shelf to solve the problem. The representative that worked with me in my chat session selected and ordered all the correct parts for me (I didn't want to guess and miss anything). All parts arrived complete and I damaged. Putting the shelf together was tricky because no instructions were included so we figured it out by looking at the shelf we already had in our refrigerator. That was our only difficulty.
