Alexander W Cohasset , MA March 10, 2017 Appliance: Model GE PROFILE SIDE-BY-SIDE FRIDGE Mother board failure Replace the mother board. Took nothing to do. Pull fridge from wall. Unplug. Unscrew plate at back of fridge that covers mother board. Take pic with phone to make sure I remember where wire hookups whet back to before unplugging them. Unplugged all the wire harnesses. Plug board out. Replaced harnesses. Plugged fridge back in and turn fridge on to be sure everything worked. It did. Screwed plate back over mother board.
