I did 2 live chats with 2 agents over 4 days and confirmed the part I needed would work in New Zealand, as I had taken my washing machine and dryer with me. As the price had risen since my first contact and I could prove the price from the first visit, I was given a courtesy cheaper price. The parts arrived in as stated time in the USA (family posted to me in NZ)
