Replaced the motor controller and re-ran diagnostics. New motor controller functions as expected. Replacing the board is easy. 1-remove front panel, (remove drum boot seal, 3 screws at the bottom of the panel, unplug door switch and door latch, and lift panel off). 2-the motor controller on my washer is located in front lower right side. Remove the motor controller (remove 2 screws in front of controller, lift up slightly pull gently push back to disengage latch. Gently pull the controller forward disconnecting the 3 wiring harnesses. 4-reverse the above procedure to install the new controller. This washer is installed in a motorhome so it took longer to gain free access to the front of the machine. The repair normally will take less than 45 minutes.
