Well, first of all, appliance parts pro was great, she help me find the right part and it was $70.00 cheaper than sears. I received it quickly and I watched a u tube video on how to take the washer apart. Well 10 minutes after the video, the part was installed and we were washing clothes. This experienced probably saved me $400 or more because I did not need a tech to come to my home and repair it. Thank you!!!!
