Bottom lower tray just rolled into dishwasher, top dish rack called Appliance Pros for directions on how to remove the end inserts, reverted us to the web for a video to view & then just rolled the new rack in place & reinserted the end caps to hold into place. Due wish we knew about the new end caps would of ordered those as the old ones were hard to get out, other than that the order process, delivery & customer service were excellent.
