Richard H Rockford , IL December 04, 2015 Needed to fix what i broke Older range hood that has seen a lot of use needed two 40w light bulbs (both went out at same time). As the lights have the low-med-high ability, CFL lights were not an option.....so....I installed two 60w bulbs. We keep the lights on "high" most of the time so very quickly it burnt holes through the light cover. Tried to fix but it broke in half. Did not want uncovered bulbs over where we cook so went to Appliance Parts Pro and found a replacement cover in minutes. Snapped in with out any problems. Side note, ended up with halogen 40w bulbs which do light with the reduced voltage on "low". Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
