I tried everything. Cleaned tray, Turned off power. Cleaned tray. Reset. Cleaned tray, read reviews, cleaned tray. I was concerned about hooking up the new one because of all the connections. It went smoothly and took 5 minutes. Ice again! Happy wife, happy life!
