My husband order a rack from Appliance Pros but he ordered the wrong one. In the process of sending it back I called a company rep. who gave me instructions and an email for the return and immediately knew exactly the rack I needed! Ordered it on the spot and within 2 or 3 days had the perfect replacement...and by the way it was half the price of ordering it thru Thermador.
