A phone call to your company where a very helpful sales associate took the information I gave him including the model number of my Microwave oven. He assured me the one he recommended would be the correct size--and it was!! The item came to my address in 2 days in perfect condition and I washed it and placed it on the turntable. Couldn't have been easier, I just wish I'd done it sooner because trying to use a plate from another used Microwave oven was not successful! A very satisfied customer.
