The splines on the main shaft had corroded away so the drive gear wasn't engaged with the shaft. Bought a rebuild kit with spindle bearings, seal, etc. The repair went well. Had to jack the drum off the shaft and I put the seal in upside down. Was able to drive the seal back out with the spindle. It looks ok, hopefully, it will seal ok. If not I'll get a new seal. It can be replaced without removing the shaft. Your video was absolutely key to my success, and the parts you sent are perfect. Thanks
