When my sister was visiting me (we're both seniors), she looked up my model number on her smart phone. We watched the tutorial, ordered the part, paid with a card, got the part in 3 days, popped it in like the tutorial said and bingo... I was baking brownies in a half hour. This is how it SHOULD be to fix a simple repair. I was extremely pleased!!! I love this company.
