Alain C St. Petersburg , FL March 10, 2019 The number "one" on the keypad wouldn't work Ordered, received and replaced outer door which had entire keypad built in. Appliance Parts rep confirmed on phone before ordering that detective keypad was integral part of outer door then kept me updated regarding shipping and delivery dates. Upon receiving part, Appliance Parts rep e-mailed copy of service manual which addressed MOST of the repair. Manual did not address R & R of the door glass. Most difficult part of the job.
