The AppliancePartsPros.com repair video was great with only a few minor differences in the steps needed to replace the drain pump on our model. There was a secondary pump on the other side of the pump assembly between the filter and the pump that was replaced (left side). It seemed to be operating okay and was not replaced although if I would have realized there were two pumps. I would have replaced it also to save a possible future headache. Symptoms of the failed drain pump were - no longer making strong compression (checked by manually turning the blades after the power disconnected) and the blades were no longer seated and rubbing against the inlet to the filter.
