I'm a 66 year old woman (on a fixed income) and I'd never before repaired an oven bake element . She told me about the repair video on the website which had step-by-step instructions. I ordered a new element - received it within 4 days. I watched the 5 minute video and changed the part in 20 minutes. My stove works wonderfully again and I can't thank you enough for all the help given on your website.
