I assumed it was the broiler element so I ordered a replacement from AppliancePros and I received the part the very next day. Super fast shipping! Unfortunately, I found that the broiler element was not the problem so I had to return the part to AppliancePros. I shipped the part back and received credit to my credit card without any trouble. If I need a part in the future, I will certainly purchase from AppliancePros.com again.
