Way easy! Cut power to the appliance, remove 2 screws, gently pull out a few inches to disconnect wiring posts from existing element, being careful to not let wires slip back through the opening out of reach. Attach new element to the wiring posts and then reverse the process. Bingo! I can now bake cookies :o)
