Ordered new element from AppliancePartsPros.com and received it in 3 days. Watched the video and followed it. However, I could not get the electrical connectors to securely connect to the new element. The video warns that if this happens it may be difficult to find the wire(s) in the insulation. Turns out this happened to me on the fourth try. On the back of the stove, I located the sheet metal panel that appeared to cover the wires that connected to the element. I removed 5 screws (easy) and located the displaced wire. I pushed the element through the hole in the back so I could see the wires and the element connectors. Super easy to connect and insure attachment. Re-assembled and it all works! No more crawling half-way into the oven with poor lighting! A little hard earned knowledge is priceless.
