I had to replace the control board. First I chatted with a wonderful lady named Cierra, that helped me get the correct part that I needed, as I was getting ready to order to wrong part. I had looked up to find out why my oven would not heat and found that the answer was saying the back coil was bad. Cierra asked me if the broil coil worked and my response was no, so she told me that the problem was the control board. She helped me order it and when it came in, I replaced the board and all is good now. The oven even heat up quicker than before. Thanks to Cierra, the correct part was ordered for my stove. Great job.
