Eric S Canonsburg , PA March 03, 2017 Oven heating element shorted out Bought a new element from APP.com and installed according to instructional video. Replacing the element was $100 for the part versus replacing the entire appliance for a few thousand dollars. Very gratifying! The install was simple and was done exactly like it was in the video. (The only semi-difficult thing is that if you attempt to reach the screws in the rear of oven, it can be a long reach with the door open.
