There was no connector on my oven as described in the repair video but it was easy enough to cut the wires and splice in the new igniter. I ended up disconnecting the gas and flipping the over up on the oven door for easier access to the wiring. it took a bit longer as the appliance was quit dirty so i took this opportunity to clean the unit.
