Found the video on the appliancepartspros.com site and identified the part. looked easy. part came, followed video, and it was extremely easy. however, when I got to the part on my oven, I noticed that the connectors and wires had melted and slightly burned. so we had to contact GE because this is now a major safety issue. I am extremely pleased with appliancepartspros.com because their video helped me find exactly what was wrong. it would have been an easy repair if the oven had not malfunctioned in such a way. I will happily use appliancepartspros.com for other home appliance repairs in the future.
